TMS CARDIO PARTY x The Sweat Series

We’re kicking things off with TMS Cardio Party, a high-energy, beginner-friendly cardio experience led by Zaria + Elijah.
Come ready to move, sweat and have fun to good music. After Cardio Party, we’re keeping the night going with a Love Island USA Season 8 Reunion Watch Party, free goodies and time to hang out, connect and give us your feedback as we continue developing The SWEAT Series.
No dance experience required. Come move, come watch, come connect, or do all three.
