The TMS Familiar Faces Cohort is a 90-day artist-development experience for up to eight DFW multidisciplinary creatives ready to grow beyond talent alone.

TMS Artists develop through doing. Across creative development, production, programming, community exchange, media, creative business and real projects, cohort members build the professional habits, versatility and experience needed to move through the creative industry with confidence.

This is not a dance team or a drop-in program. It is a working creative environment built around preparation, communication, reliability, accountability, collaboration and contribution.

Throughout 90 days, artists move through three phases:

TMS actively pursues creative, production and event opportunities, with prepared cohort artists becoming part of our priority talent pool based on fit, readiness, reliability and contribution.

Paid work is not guaranteed. Preparation is.
